Intermediate Level Elective Training for Disaster Volunteers & Workers
The Disaster Volunteerism 102 level course are developed for volunteers that are looking to increase their in depth knowledge on how to safely respond to specific disasters. This enhanced level offers volunteers more complex and detailed information and instruction to develop skills and prevent accidents and exposure to hazards. Topics include hazard identification, risk assessment and reduction, personal protection equipment and safely assisting in extreme physical situations.
